Extensive range of tiles, based on the original designs of William De Morgan. His distinctive style and deep, intense glazes are instantly recognisable.
Originally designed in 1879, these stylised animals are available in green, red, manganese and blue.
De Morgan animal designs, often include grotesque or comic elements. Painted on an aged speckled engobe background.
Ideal for use either as a single or repeating design or for use in combination with other William De Morgan Tiles.
The Birds (1 & 2) and Ouroboros tiles are unified by a meandering branch and leaves, to make up the Fantatic Creatures collection.

These original blue and white delft water designs were produced by van Hulst in Harlingen, c.1899. There are eight designs in the range.
These original designs are decorated onto a tin white glaze using the traditional cobalt blue in-glaze techniques. We also offer an ‘aged’ option where the design is painted onto an engobe under- glaze before being coated in a crazing transparent glaze. Ideal for use in kitchens, bathrooms and fireplaces.
