To place an order, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Once we receive your enquiry, we will prepare and email you a quotation, including delivery costs, based on your requirements.

Payment

Orders are accepted upon receipt of payment. Payment can be made by:

  • Direct bank transfer
  • Credit or debit card via a secure payment link

Production & Delivery Times

Each order is handcrafted specifically for the customer to ensure consistency and to avoid batch variation.

Typical delivery times are:

  • Plain coloured tiles: 7–10 working days
  • Decorative tiles: 3–4 weeks

If you require your order sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

Please do not arrange installation until your tiles have been received and checked.

Delivery

All UK orders are sent using a tracked, signed-for courier service.

International orders are dispatched by DHL Express, with a typical transit time of 3–4 working days, although customs clearance may occasionally cause delays.

Damaged Goods

Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Minimum Order

There is no minimum order value or quantity.

Glazed Edges

We can glaze exposed tile edges on request:

  • Single Glazed Edge (SGE)
  • Double Glazed Edge (DGE)

A charge of £0.50 per glazed edge applies.
